Dear Mr Caig,

Thank you for your email. I have noted its content, and appreciate the time and effort you have put into your response to my message.

Knowing that the Summerway Committee are sending, or have sent, another relevant communication to Council officers, a response from me to the points you raise would not be appropriate at this time. Things are, so to speak, crossing in the post, and there also appears to have been some confusion between the Club's role and my individual role regarding the Summerway Tennis lease. Hence, I feel it best at present to let matters rest for a little while for the dust to settle, and the picture to clarify.
